We'll be at Hawai‘i State Art Museum with halo halo, toast, and jam on Saturday August 26, 2023, from 11am–3pm.
Mahalo-halo! We raised $616.30 in proceeds from our Bas Bookshop Pop Up on Aug. 19. 1/3 will be donated to HCF and 1/3 each directly to the Salvador family and Galuardo families who lost their home in the Lahaina wildfire. We deeply appreciate you!
"Sarap" means delicious(ness). And "Spread the Sarap" refers not only to jam, but to life—it's a mantra to be a little sweeter and emanate good vibes. This design sits on an olive green corduroy fabric bag. Bags can be shipped, too!

Pandan is a fragrant tropical plant with subtle nutty, earthy,
and steamed rice notes. This pandan-coconut spread is our most popular and fan favorite.

We started Palaman Purveyors to share our appreciation for food and celebrate our culture with fellow foodies. Our palaman, or jams, are inspired by Filipino and local flavors that we hope you will savor as much as we do. (Palaman means "spread" or "filling", for pastry, bread, or sandwiches.)
More flavors, familiar and experimental are in the works.
